For years, autoimmune disease was something I lived with quietly.
I was diagnosed over 9 years ago, but it took time to reach a place where I felt ready to talk openly about it. Living with autoimmune conditions comes with flare days, fatigue, loneliness, uncertainty, and a lot of experiences people simply don’t see.
But it also comes with resilience.
That’s why I created the Autoimmune World Tour.
This tour is a movement designed to bring visibility to the real experiences of living with autoimmune disease — not just for the patients, but also for the supporters who walk beside them every day.
Two Perspectives. One Journey.
The Autoimmune World Tour highlights two perspectives:
The Patient Perspective
This represents the symptoms, challenges, and experiences that people living with autoimmune disease navigate every day.
The Supporter Perspective
This represents the partners, family members, and friends who support someone living with autoimmune disease.
Both perspectives matter. Both stories deserve to be seen.

The Autoimmune World Tour is just getting started.
This movement is about visibility, conversation, and community support.
If you’d like to follow the journey, explore the tour shirts, or help support small autoimmune organizations, you can learn more right here on the website.
And remember:
Flares Ain’t Final. You Are.
